Job Descriptions:
- Child Psychologist:
- Assess and diagnose children with developmental delays and disabilities.
- Provide individual and group therapy to children with special needs.
- Counsel parents and caregivers on supporting children with special needs.
- Occupational Therapist cum Physiotherapist:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve a child’s fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children.
- Speech Therapist cum Audiologist:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and hearing delays and disorders in children.
- Provide individual and group therapy to address speech, language, and hearing impairments.
- Conduct hearing screenings and provide guidance on hearing aids and other assistive devices.
- Special Educator:
- Design and implement individualized education programs for children with special needs.
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure a child’s holistic development.
- Data Entry Operator:
- Perform data entry tasks related to patient information, appointments, and other administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Group D Staff (Safaiwal/Ayah):
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the hospital setting.
- Assist with patient care activities as directed by other staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Child Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist: Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university/institute and registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Experience in working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Special Educator: B.Ed. in Special Education with a specialization in Intellectual Disability/Early Childhood Special Education or M.Ed. in Special Education. Experience in working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Data Entry Operator: Graduate degree with good computer knowledge and data management skills.
- Group D Staff (Safaiwal/Ayah): Minimum education – 10th class.
